How do we find out where the “Best Buys Are.” It’s easy. While you are sleeping at night, our powerful computers sift and sort through all the MLS listings that have been entered that day. This information is often available to us long before other Realtors that are not computerized, know that these properties are on the market.
We take this information and pass it on to Buyers who are working with us to find their perfect home at the best price possible. Directions, price and all details are given to our Buyers to drive by at their convenience without the Realtor in the car if they choose. This includes every company’s listings. Think about it!
