Awesome video Neil!!! You are so right that the smell of pets can cost the homeowner thousands of dollars on the sale of their home! I truly believe the homeowner are so used to the smells of their homes that they can't smell their own pet. We never want to offend the homeowner but are always working in their best interest and sometimes telling them we can smell their pets is really working in their best interest.
